Our Policies

There is a $50 cancellation fee for all events cancelled after payment is received.
You can cancel within 7 days prior to your scheduled event for a refund (less
cancellation fee)

There may be times when we may need to reschedule due to severe weather
conditions. In such cases we will make every effort to rebook your event at the
earliest date possible.

A responsible adult is required to supervise guests under 12 years of age while
accessing the services offered by the trailer. Guests who are less than 18 years of
age will need a guardian who is on site in case a need arises.

The consumption of food and drinks is not permitted.

Based on the parking availability we may need to block your driveway or park
along the road in your neighbourhood. We will need approximately 55 feet of
space to park.

We sometimes take pictures of our events for our social media platforms. If you
do not want pictures to be taken please let us know at the start of your event or
when you book.


To ensure a clean environment we have a boot cubby for storing shoes. This will
allow our guests to put their feet up while in the trailer and really focus on
enjoying themselves.
We clean our trailer after every event. Cleanliness is a top priority for us.
